Built in GRP by Hatteras to a design by Jack Hargrave, she was delivered in 2005 as one of the yard's flybridge models and was refitted in 2017 with another refit in September 2019 with numberous upgrades and new bottom paint. An interior in rich satin finished cherry wood with granite and honey onyx accents accommodates (10) in (5) cabins. These consist of a master stateroom, VIP suite, Queen and two twins, all with entertainment centers and private baths. In addition, there are cwrew quarters for three below deck.
The main salon features custom furnishings, sculptured carpets, game table and entertainment center, while forward is a formal dining area.
