Major Price Reductions on 124' Broward SEAMENT and 118' Trinity MARSHA KAY!

   06/05/2019

The 2007/17 124' Broward Raised Pilothouse Motor Yacht, SEAMENT, and the 1998/07 118' Trinity Raised Pilothouse Motor Yacht, MARSHA KAY, have both had major reductions in price this month.

The 124' Broward, SEAMENT, represents the newest and most highly customized Broward motor yacht on the market and has accomodations for ten guests in five staterooms.  The opulent, custom refitted master stateroom is found forward on the main deck, featuring an oversized custom master head with double door entry, intriquite custom marble tiled, glass-framed shower in the center, and his & hers vanities to port and starboard.  Her impressive flybridge boasts ample entertainment options, including wet bar, two built-in custom upholstered seating areas with teak tables, an oversized sun pad lounger that leads to the newly installed jacuzzi, as well as an ample sun deck area aft, that easily converts for sunloungers once the tender is splashed.

The aluminium hulled 118' MARSHA KAY, built by the renowned Trinity shipyard, received a total refit in 2007 to include Awlgrip paint and new Caterpillar C-32 engines which now only have 1500 original hours on them.  In March of this year (2019) she was fitted with four new Flo-marine 5-ton Titanium air chillers.  MARSHA KAY also features Naiad stabilizers, bow thruster, 2400 GPD watermaker, updated electronics and Delta-T air intakes.  She accomodates eight guests in her four stateroom layout, with full beam King master stateroom and his and her bath.  Also with plenty of options to entertain or dine, she features a spacious, light-filled main salon with oversized windows and maple joinery throughout, as well as an oversized flybridge with jacuzzi and built-in seating.  Never having been chartered before, and owned by her original owner as well as maintained by the same captain since new, MARSHA KAY shows in "as-new" condition!
