RJC Yachts is pleased to announce the sale of the 2007 85' Pacific Mariner motor yacht, LUCK-A-LEE IV. The vessel was sold in-house, with the seller being represented by Bob Cury, and the buyer being represented by Raymond Young.
Designed by William Garden, LUCK-A-LEE features a custom interior finished in satin Sapele joinery and fine marbles throughout with a layout to include custom four stateroom interior for eight guests with a full beam, king master stateroom amidships, two VIP staterooms with queen sized beds and a twin stateroom forward. All staterooms feature full entertain centers and en-suite marble bathrooms.
The comfortable main salon has a custom cream suede leather upholstered L-shaped sofa, two occasional chairs, wet bar with Caesarstone quartz countertop, icemaker and wine cooler. The state of the art entertainment center has a Samsung LED TV on electric lift and impressive stereo surround sound system. Forward is a formal dining area with seating for eight, and built-in glass and Sapele buffet display cabinet. Further forward is the ample galley with upgraded stainless steel appliances and marble flooring, and raised leather dinette with duel station pilothouse ahead.
Outdoor spaces include an expansive aft deck with built-in seating and teak table, offering an excellent location for al fresco cocktails and dining. The flybridge features a wet bar, built in seating, a Jacuzzi spa tub and ample tender storage space. Forward on the bow is a comfortable upholstered sunpad for lounging. Additional features include Naiad stabilizers, bow and stern thrusters, Yacht Controller remote for transmissions and thrusters, touchscreen systems monitors, two generators, and 1400GPD watermaker. Twin MTU 12V2000 engines ensure she cruises comfortably at 20 knots and her 2315 gallons of fuel provide a good range.
LUCK-A-LEE was asking $2,895,000, and will be renamed TRUE NORTH by her new owner.
