LADY ELAINE
163' | Christensen | 2008

Full Specs

One of the world’s most iconic and luxurious motoryachts is re-introduced into the charter market as Lady Elaine (formerly, Casino Royale). The evolution of this lavish and highly regarded Christensen—a 163’ / 49.68 launched in 2008 and refit in 2018 — brings new ownership, while the yacht retains the same regal style that has been revered by charter clients throughout her history.

Designed for discerning guests seeking a yacht with surroundings in the style of royalty, Lady Elaine boasts soothing and timeless interior colors of cream and gold in soft fabrics. The sumptuous décor is encompassed by surroundings of glossy mahogany, crystal chandeliers and bronze accents throughout, while there are still subtle reminders of the movie theme which many clients have enjoyed during her previous ownership.

Among the yacht's most memorable features, the main salon foyer unfolds to an intricate roulette design that is inlaid in the marble floor. Crafted from mother-of-pearl, petrified wood and black onyx by stone master Jeff Homchick, the feature is just a sampling of other intricate handcrafted details that appear in the most intimate places throughout the yacht.

A grand dining room offers a memorable showcase of artistic accents including the ten high back chairs upholstered in gold regency stripes that surround a glass-topped, rectangular table. The ornate table is designed with elaborate gold legs and gold-leaf bordering. Two gleaming chandeliers enhance the naturally lit room as large, square windows also offer unobstructed views.

A light show defines the central lobby with film-themed silhouettes etched into the glass panels of the spiral staircase. Illuminated by inlaid LED lights, the images are set off by deep mahogany banisters and reflected in the polished marble floor.  Prominently on the main deck is a spacious full-beam master suite with a king bed and glass beveled headboard with a mirrored ceiling feature above. An oil painting depicting a classic Italian scene rises to reveal a flat screen television opposite, while a vanity to port offers sea views through an oval porthole and a reading ottoman to starboard provides a place for quiet relaxation. The master bath offers gleaming pink onyx and pale marble en suite. A double steam shower and large spa tub face his and hers sinks, and the whole space benefits from natural light filtering through strategically placed skylights. There is also a head and bidet behind pinwheel etched glass.

From the master, there are five guest staterooms that span off a central corridor on the lower deck. Two king cabins are located amidships and bookended by a VIP suite, which stretches across the breath of the yacht aft, and two cabins that offer a double bed, twin bed, and an additinal pullman option are forward.

All cabins take design cues from the master and are similarly rich in style with high-gloss mahogany walls and cabinetry. Each ensuite bath is bathed in colorful marble.

The VIP suite guests will partake of a memorable wall sculpture of two mermaids flaunting their mother-of-pearl tails in a sea of stainless steel, shell and malachite.

A small night kitchen is built into the lower deck hallway, enabling guests to help themselves to coffee without having to rely on the crew.

While Lady Elaine boasts the same lavish and distinguished grand style she is famous for, her exteriors also exude classy, modern and contemporary spaces for relaxing and entertaining. She offers plenty of outdoor areas for quiet gatherings and lounging. Her sundeck is replete with a Jacuzzi, a massive and shaded bar, an expansive sun-pad and plush seating areas with room for grilling and dining in three separate outdoor areas.

The aft deck provides every amenity for al fresco entertainment and dining, including built-in upholstered seating, two tables easily seating up to 12 guests and a full wet bar. Inside, the full-beam skylounge is geared towards relaxation, with ample seating, an entertainment center, and a bar along with superb views through the magnificently large windows.

In the evenings, Lady Elaine’s decks are magical with discreet and ambient lighting panels that are built into the decking, creating a cozy and inviting setting beneath the setting sun or starlight skies.

Adding to Lady Elaine’s amenities, an elevator is available to all decks, including the sundeck.
